We compete in an industry where consumers see little difference between real estate firms or agents. NAR’s and our own research shows that despite reasonable levels of buyer and seller satisfaction, 69% for sellers and 79% for buyers, little repeat business results.

The Premier Service program addresses all these issues. The process starts with listening and continues by establishing mutually agreed upon expectations. Our commitment to service is then put in writing with our pledge.
